Bike rental is finally here. Comfortable cruising bikes, folding bikes, and of course ubiquitous mountain bikes that I detest. See www.cheap-moscow.com/rent_a_bike.htm $5/hour or less. Daily and weekly rate are presently being considered but are expected to be in the $10-20 range.

Yes, I'm seriously considering dedicating the rest of my life to the food business. It became apparent after some serious soul-searching, as I recall it is called, that there are just three things in this life that bring me out of stupor. Finally! Teteletai!! It's over!!! The rural exile stage of my life has come to an end. Freedom! Time for a major change. A change of place, modus vivendi, everything. Thinking of going South and I'm looking to make friends in Israel (ideally in the orthodox circles) or anywhere else around the Mediterranean region. Home exchange possible. Offers of work or any other form of involvement into real life will be considered with great interest. Any other proposals and invitations welcomed. For the first time in 10 years I'm free and would like to make something out of this opportunity.

Updated the list of rooms with a bicycle. See Bike Rental in Moscow. A decision is made to acquire a scooter to be available to my guests in the 2010 season. To avoid liability and other issues it probably will not be "rental" but rather something complimentary. You will however be expected to take full responsibility for the vehicle (replacement cost over $1000) and make a contribution to its upkeep.
